I'm Jake Durrer, a VFX Compositor based out of Toronto, Canada

Filmmaking has been a passion of mine from a very young age. Throughout high school I became a self taught VFX Editor, creating various short films to enhance my knowledge and skills in the world of movie creation.

I graduated with honours from the 3D Animation and Visual Effects Program at Vancouver Film School in 2021.

Over the last four years, I’ve been part of professional VFX studios, bringing high quality visual effects to life for major feature films and TV productions.

I am comfortable in being a problem solver. I am calm, dedicated and patient with challenges. I am self-sufficient and very self-disciplined.
